FK01 was developed and designed using sound engineering principles and a logical, no non-sense approach to meet the needs of an amateur driver. The car was design was focused on basic systems and and functionality required of a race car and with the goal of making a reliable product. The car employed high quality, light weight carbon body panels to reduce weight and a increase aerodynamics. Each panel was adjustable for and aft. It was powered by a Honda 599cc CBR600RR  making 65 horsepower at peak.
